H2O group – Consortium for Optimisation Ltd was founded in 2009 as a successor of LAMBDA group Ltd with 20 years of international experience, established in 1989. The main purpose remains to combine knowledge and experience with professional expertise and capacities acquired at the local level in order to successfully expand to international markets, especially those of the Balkan region.
